Cracked Egg!!!

This I my first time ever hatching quail or anything in an incubator. Its day 12. I turned the eggs this morning been candling for cracks and babies. Everything been going good til I went to turn again and I found this sad little egg. Do I toss it? Do I candle wax it? Do I leave it alone?! I need help I'm freaking out

I have read of people putting wax over the crack and having the chick hatch. I have never tried it myself.
