I'm currently using a plain paper feed bag but it's getting damp from the rain (as the birds track it mud in and out) so I'm switching to a wax coated bag next time I clean out the coop. Any sort of bag like that should be fine as long as you shake out the excess feed and remove the strings stitching the seams shut.

Best part is the bags are "free" with purchase of feed.

Thanks! "Feed bag" = old burlap bag, or the modern wax-coated bag that Dumor uses for feed today?
