Cracked eggs

Hi,
We have a broody sitting on four eggs.One hatched Sunday(on day 19/20), and three of the other eggs have small cracks in the shell. One of these eggs has a small area of shell stripped off, and when I candled I noticed that the chick hasn't even touched the air cell. However, it is moving rather weakly.The one uncracked egg has a slightly uneven air cell.Do any of these have a chance of hatching?By the way, they may have been set a few days apart.

The egg that had shell stripped off now has about a third of the shell on one side crushed, the membrane is still intact.
