Well, if the person doesn't know why his posting is being flagged, how is he going to know how to fix it? You should at least give him a heads up. I seriously doubt there's any malicious intent in using the picture.

I went to the first one and flagged it for you also as Prohibited, violating Terms of Usage.

Unfortunately, unless you specifically state that any pictures are copywrighted and can only be used with consent of the owner or photographer on the net they are free game. Maybe Nifty should post something about that for the future.

Nailed the 2nd one for you also!

I build the coops to order, coops ordered now will be completed around the middle to latter part of february, Almost in time for chick season ! HOWEVER, unless you tell him, he will probably just keep reposting.
Maybe Nifty can remove him from BYC, he's probably a member- how else would he see the adorable nebrasaka fluffy butt??
