Well he is not saying its his pic. Different if he was sell a bird using a pic of another bird.

I post alot of pics. of my birds. Would be ok if someone use them , just not to sell birds like they were their.

If someone was posting a CAR for sale and posted a couple of pic's of my back yard or whatever - it would still be ANNOYING and unnessesary.
 
Just because it's there doesn't give someone the right to take it. If your kids came across a bike leaning against a stop sign then they can ride off with it? Manners are manners plain and simple. He knows she would like it taken down he should take it down. Sure posting a picture gives others the access to it but that doesn't make it right to take and use with out asking. There being no repercussions for his actions just because it was done online and not out in broad daylight is not right. wrong is wrong.
 
True, and even if he used it the first time, well, ok, that's easy enough to forgive really. But to try to do it over and over after the owner said not to? That's extra rude!

it may not be illegal, but if you ask me i would call it a form of stealing. It consider it a form of plagiarism. Its one thing that he used, but to post it again is just not right, especially after you told him.
