This is a "per egg" price auction. I can fit over forty eggs in a large, flat rate box, which with priority shipping and delivery confirmation is $15. The hens that are laying righ now are

Copper Black Marans
Turken in with CBM roos
Blue/barely green blue EE's
Blue/Splash marans,
an occasional barred olive egger egg,
a very few F2 mille fleur cochin eggs..

So, how my auction works is a minimal lot of 20 eggs. Let's say the opening bid is $.50 That would equal $10 for twenty eggs.
Let's say the bid ends up at $1.63, but you really wanted 41 CBM eggs, I'd say "I don't have 41 CBM eggs. I have 17, and you can make the rest up on EE/olive and F2 mille eggs. State your order of preference. And you may choose to say, Then I just want 17 CBM and 3 EE eggs. i would say "Okay" and you would paypal me $47.60 and I would send you the eggs. Or you could change your mind last minute and PM me again and say "What the hay! Send me 41 of your best!" and I would go cherry pick the rest of your order like I would for my own bator and send them to you after you paypal'd me a grand total of $81.83 and I would send you a spectacular selection of eggs that were carefully chosen from hens that laid these just a few days ago.

MAN! That pic REALLY shows how big the jumbo Blue/Black (possibly with a cuckoo gene) marans eggs are! Those things are GINORMOUS and they hatch out chicks out of them too! LOL. Check out this behemoth, shown here only about three hours old!!! Those are NOT double yolkers! Thanks, I'm gonna right click and save that pic if it is okay with you...

OOPS! Forgot to mention that those blue egg layers are in three pens. One group is brown based plumage in with CBM roo split to wheaten.

The other is in with my barred olive egger roo

And another one is in with my young, unproven Splash Ameraucana roo with color faults.
