I will add all eggs I get from these groups tomorrow also.
6+ EEs (Large Fowl mixed colors) $15- (includes shipping)
Rooster is a blue based golden Birchin. (I could be calling him the wrong color, but am including his photo as he likes to pose when he sees the camera.
)
Hens are black (photo), white with black speckling (photo), White (camera shy), and BBS (camera shy).
So far the chicks are coming out white, black, wheaton, blue wheaton, splash, and blue. (I cannot say if the blues will stay true or turn BBS or birchin as my oldest grow-ups I have hatched are 2 months.
) Coming out with great cheeks & beards. Parents all have nice tight combs.
My hatch rate with these guys is between 90 - 100%, but as with all shipped eggs there is no guarantee because of shipping stress & Your incubation style.
Blue the rooster
Black hen
White / Black hen
The finally gave up on getting the good shot on the BBS hen & look a long range group shot
18 exactly LF Black/Blue Ameraucanas. Starting at $15 + $16 shipping. A Black and a Blue Cree cockerels in with Black Ribbeck and Black Smith pullets. Blue to blue-green egg color. Fertility has been great here. I do not use bubble wrap. If this is an issue, please refrain from bidding.
Oh no!
My bators are exploding already
I posted this about my dak's eggs hatch on the ameraucana thread but thought you guys should know how AWESOME these eggs are:
Have to share about the most awesomest hatch ever!!
Dak sent me 36 B/B and L/S ameraucana eggs.
These were sent all together in a single box . The eggs were each wrapped in a paper towel and placed in an egg carton. Two of the 18 egger egg cartons were in a large shipping box, and shredded paper tightly packed all around. All eggs arrived intact and air cells looked great for shipped eggs.
Only 5/36 did not start.
28 of the 31 that did start hatched
All super healthy, chubby cheeks, and not feather on a single leg!!
