She said she'd be on at 7:00 which for her is Mountain Time, so 9:00 Eastern, 8:00 Central and 6:00 Pacific.

This is the 24 hour auction which means unless someone specifically says that it is less, it will end after 24 hours has passed. She posted the auction at 6:15 p.m. her time and the auction ended at 6:15 p.m. her time.
