I'm about an hour North of Pittsburgh, Pa. I can't get chicks yet because I don't even have a pen. My husband and 14 yr old daughter wanted me to get some and raise for meat. I know nothing about quail, but I figure if it won't cost much to build them a coop etc. then I might give it a shot. I don't even know how big of a coop I'd need for how many of them. I can't find alot of info online about them. I even looked in the Quail section on BYC and can't seem to find "step by step" instructions for dummies on how to raise them. I may not be looking in the right place....can somebody point me in the right direction
