Assortment of 12 (plus extras if any) hatching eggs starting at $20- with shipping included
This assortment will be a mixture of all types (LF pure & mixed ; Bantam mixed) whatever is laid this weekend.
What it will probably include : pen #1 - PURE LF Light Brahmas
mix LF Light Brahma roos covering a NN hen
mix LF Light Brahma roos covering BLC hens (one of my projects....chicks are born black & at around 3 months pullets are black with a birchen neck & cockrels black with birchin on neck plus gold & birchen through out body. Beautiful! Super fast growing with my cockrels bing larger than my full grown Ameraucana roo at 5 months old.)
pen #2 - Large Fowl Easter Eggers
my BBS Ameraucana hen is laying in this group there are 2 Ameraucana Roos with her so chick will probably be pure (but from mixed color parents) EE Ameraucana, but I do have some young chocolate egg cockrels running with them, so there is a chance of F-1 olive eggers
LF Turken girls also running with this group I will include these if my last "test" batch shows they are fertile. (If not they go in fridge.)
Pen #3 - LF EE Naked Neck (Turken) pen
I get a mix of brown & green eggs out of this pen. Chick colors I have been hatching are Black, Blue, Red, Calico, and a white based multi. I am only getting 1 to 2 eggs from this pen & they like to switch off.
pen #4 - Bantam - I do not know who is laying in this pen.
Hens include 3 Silkies (2 bearded black & 1 Bearded blue partridge, 1 black bantam cochin frizzle, & 1 Black frizzled sizzle)
Roos include 1 blue silkied sizzle , 1 NB splash Silkie, and 1 black Showgirl (I did get my first showgirl chick from him this week.
)
pen # 5 - mix LF GL Polish roo over a Bantam Frizzle Hen & F-1 Frizzle Polish hens. (Once again I do not know who is laying.)
Pen #6 - FL (mixed color) Polish
Hens - 2 bearded & 1 NB buff laced ; 1 NB splash
Roos - 1 NB WCB & 1 NB splash
I cannot guarantee whom will lay this weekend, but these are all the possiblities.
I am NPIP certified.
Small print:
I guarantee fresh eggs of the breed auctioned.
Eggs have been tested (hatched regularly) here with a great hatch rate. However, I cannot guarantee hatch-ability due to many variables out of my control after the eggs leave my farm--such as shipping & handling, incubation equipment, and incubation methods. Also, some breeds have lower fertility than others.
I will include extra eggs to help compensate for this whenever possible. (Please keep in mind some breeds are low layers.)
Each egg will be individually wrapped to prevent breakage while they are in transit.
I will ship the eggs as close to the beginning of the week as possible, so they will not sit at the post office over the weekend. I regularly ship on Mondays & Wednesdays, but can do others days if you perfer. If you have any questions please feel free to PM me, I will be more than happy to answer you!
