Aside from being lonely, is it in under a heat lamp or in a brooder? She might be too cold or too hot. Why did you purchase the poult? Do you have a plan for it once it grows up? It sounds like your chick is very stressed out and unhappy. What are you feeding her?

I purchased 4 blue rock chicks and one barred rock. The barred rock called out the whole rest of the day I bought them even with 4 other chicks with it. I believe it was missing it's tank flock, she is doing much better as of this morning.
