Crazy day, 3 eggs, usually only one!

What a nutty day! My Barred Rocks are almost 6 months old and Little Momma has been laying one egg a day like clockworck, but the other two have been total slackers. Well I go out and find two eggs, one clearly Little Momma's and one where I saw Big Fat Momma squatting. I'm totally psyched! And then I look later and there's ANOTHER egg. Okay, I can't 100% say it I didn't miss it on a different day, though the last day Little Momma missed was Saturday. And the last egg was really small. Could she have laid two? Or did Big Fat Momma and Numer One start laying the same day? Crazy...!

I'm new at all of this and have not experienced two in one day by the same hen...however, I've read many times that hens can lay two in one day. Just when you think you've learned enough... they surprise you with something new.
