Looks like a throw back from the dinosaur age to me Here’s a crazy one we got last fall. Could you tell if it came from a new or old hen? Sometimes the eggs can be funky depending on the age of the hen or their diet. I’ve come across a few similar to yours but the shell was always soft and always from a new layer.
