No at all. Sites claim it is, but it only works on cross breeds who had a fast feathering parent and a slow feathering parent.
I would say you need to let them dry completely before you try to sex them. And sometimes it is really obvious, but sometimes you have to look very closely and make a judgement.
So cuuute! Sometimes I forget how cute they are as little hatchlings lol.
