No to the last question. She hasn’t even been in the boxes.She doesn’t look like she’s molting. Where is she in the pecking order? Sometimes a change to the flock can upset the pecking order and cause enough stress to halt laying for a while. A month is a long time though—usually I would expect that from a chicken that had been attacked by a predator or was very ill. I can’t see anything wrong with her eyes and her comb is very red (which could be from heat) but is usually an indication that she is still laying. Usually during molt it will get pale. Is it possible she is eating her own eggs?
She’s pretty high up. One of my OGs. Not bullied or pecked at. Thanks for that info.
