Cream legbar baby chick

Hello again .This is my girl Cream Legbar now 8 weeks old.
But is she realy a Cream Legbar? She doesnt look much like the females on the photos, nor like a male ?
Does anyone have any idea?

It's a Legbar Cockerel. Males have the Dark/Black breast.

I bought him here in Wales uk, when he was 2 days old..

It was obvious even then that the chick was male. Females would have a long dark eyeliner way beyond the ear and stripes on their upper head as well. Was it a breeder who sold it?

But he is very cute nontheless.

Yes a breeder..And she was very sure about it being a female when she sold it to me..Well I do like the little one a lot.. Brilliant character...And very tame and friendly..
