Cream Legbars have a single comb. That chick appears to have a rose comb. It is definitely not a cream legbar. I also suspect that it is a cockerel but it may be too soon to say for sure.View attachment 1871924 View attachment 1871925 View attachment 1871926 View attachment 1871927 Ok so I got this bird and was told it was a female cream legbar. Supposedly autosexed but I am new to chickens and haven’t got a clue. S/he is 7-8 weeks old now. And the comb is pinking up so now I’m wondering.... what am I holding?
Dang. I guess I got bamboozled lol. Gonna have to give the bird away if it is indeed a boy. Can’t have roosters.
I think it isI think that’s a peacomb. Hard to tell from the pictures.
A red peacomb at that age is a good indication of male.
