Cream Legbar not laying...

Hello everyone
This is my first post so here goes. I have a cream Legbar who hasn’t laid eggs yet. It’s coming up to the longest day and she’s around 8/9 months old. She’s in a flock of 5 and is top in the pecking order. She’s very healthy no mites etc and eating.
She does occasionally go to the nest box and sits there - so she knows the drill. Is she ever going to lay? What can I do to encourage? At what point do you give up? Thanks in advance!

She just isn’t ready yet. Just be patient and watch. She will probably lay eggs eventually but there is no way to force it.
