2yo hen doesn't lay

I have a 2yo Cream Legbar that does not lay. To date she has given us about 6 eggs total. I have 13 hens and 3 roos, in a 30x30 run, everyone is happy and healthy. Is there anything I can do? Or did I just get a dud of a hen?

Possibly a dud if she's the only one producing at such a low rate. She eats and drinks and behaves normally like the others? Do the roos try to mate her?

Eats, drinks, and looks just fine. She hangs out by the nest boxes a lot, like she's thinking about laying, but never sits in a box. Now that you mention it, I don't see the roos pay her much attention.
