Cream legbar partridge Oliver egger cockerels or pullet ?

I am still holding out hope that this one is a pullet, it looks a lot different to the confirmed cockerel, what do you experts think? The confirmed cockerel is in the pictures as well but in the background.
Reminder - the partridge olive egger is the mother and the cream legbar is the father.
