And wouldn't you know it works fine for me so I am not able to replicate what y'all are experiencing.Im not the person that that link belongs to. Like blackbirds stated we are in NH here in the USA.
When I click link it says page cannot be displayed. But I did go to that posters profile and found the thread of where they posted the pics of the CL chicks![]()
Oh thanks cj - probably works for me cause it's in my cookies. GOOD eye. There's a "w" missing from the begging of the link. Just copy the link, paste it into your browser address line, add a "w" at the beginning of the line before you hit enter.
Hi all! I made an investment this summer in CL's to add to my flock. I got 8 hens and 8 roos and since they're about 17 weeks, we'll be culling the roos to about 2-3. Reading up on what to look for, favorable traits, etc before we decide who stays. Such a beautiful, friendly and smart breed! They're definitely holding their own with my Marans, Leghorns, Comets, and Silkies. Can't wait for those beautiful blue eggs to start coming!![]()
Looking up Cream Legbars on Feathersite.com your birds sure do look to be CLs. However I'm puzzled at the pink eggs in your photo as I researched that CLs layed blue eggs. Perhaps others on this thread may help with that dilemna?not sure where to post this....so I guess I will try here, I got 7 pullets/hens from a young lady who got them from her grandmothers farm and was no longer able to care for the chickens, she told me that they were ameracanas but they don't look like ameracaunas at all so I looked through othe pics and think they look like cream legbars could anyone please help identify these birds
