Pasr couple days one of my female CLs I noticed has watery eyes. Today I noticed she has bubbles coming out if her nose. Her crop is full and she seems normal other than that. Not really lethargic but not very speedy either. I gave her some nutridrench tonight but wonder if I should separate her and give her some sort of in antibiotic in her water? No one else is showing any symptoms just her.
On a side note, I have a turkey in with my chickens I got from Cackle in a suprise box. They have been together for four months. Im hoping its not anything to do with the turkey.
Thanks.

Ok. Here are the pics.

You can see the bubbly watery eyes. Ive been giving her nutridrench and olive oil just in case its sour crop. I did smell around her beak and its did smell nasty but I didnt feel anything in her crop like I did yesterday. I moved her to a quaranteen pen and checked all the rest if the group and no one else appears to have anything similar or is acting off. I tried to find antibiotics to give her but cant find anything for upper respitory if that is what it is.

I have a hen that had that foaming in her eye. I don't know what caused it, but I rinsed it with saline periodically and it went away. That's not too say it isn't something else, but just that was my experience.
Also the med I just used for respiratory honking or congestion was Tylosin powder...1 tsp per gal water for 5 days. It didn't work, but I'm not sure exactly what I am treating. Tested with Valbazen today in case it is worms.
Hopefully someone with more experience can weigh in. Meanwhile. I will go find the link for where I bought the Tylosin...

That would be great. If I get off work tomorrow early enough I was goimg to take her to the vet. I gave her some fresh food and water tonight and some yogurt.

Here's what I found when researching the foamy eye:
Mycoplasma Gallisepticum is a type of bacteria which can cause respiratory disease in chickens and other poultry. It is often associated with swollen sinuses, sneezing and foamy watery eyes. ... IB is a coronavirus which causes sneezing, foamy eyes and swollen sinuses usually in young birds.
