I have a question I found this

earlier in this thread and the point system is different there than the one I copied from the Black Sumatra standard.
Here it is verbatim.

Weights
Male 2.70-3.40kg (6-7 1/2lb)
Female 2-2.70kg (4 1/2 to 6lb)

Scale of points
Type 30
Colour 20
Head 20
Legs 10
Condition 10
Weight 10
total 100

Would you like me to also update that scale of points and the Weights?

Page 35 of the APA Standard tells you how points are assigned. Not all breeds/colors are the same.

I don't have a copy of the standard so would have to get someone to send me a screenshot of that page or something if I am going to update. My working copy on my computer I have now put the Serious defects and the DQ listed on the British Standard

Sounds like a plan. BTW I am not sure if it would work for the Cream Legbar Club but I know the Buckeye club got permission to reprint the portion of the standard pertaining to their breed on their club webpage, so it might be something worth asking in the future if CLC can have permission to do the same.

You folks can post any Standard you have for the Legbar as it is not published yet by the APA. The Buckeye Club was given permission to publish PART of it. All the APA material is covered by a copyright and the APA very seldom lets anyone post it word for word.

Someone here needs to have the 2010 SOP to put this together correctly. There is a lot more info needed than the breed description. Somone needs to read the first 40 pages of the SOP.
