Cream legbar

[Cream legbar guy]

I purchased cream leg bar from green fire farms the only reason I purchased is because of the blue egg I have yet to get one disappointed that they advertise blue and all of my hands lay greenish. Any thoughts

I'm not completely positive, but I think some legbars lay a mint green egg, while others lay blue. Although I could be totally wrong there...

Wikipedia says you are correct!!!
I'd be happy with chicken eggs larger than quail eggs right now, I've only got 1 full size hen laying, the rest are bantams. The main color of the eggs I gather is "poop", I mean seriously, poop elsewhere ladies!!!

More than half the time the eggs I gather have so much poo on them they look like quail egg designs!!!

What do you use in nest boxes I have large flake shavings

Hay right now, they scratch the shavings out immediately when I put them in them. The like the hay because they can pull the strands up over themselves.

Are they open boxes I use rubbermade type boxes set them with lids up then cut the front out with a dremel I have all big birds in my main coop
