I have a cream colored aruca cross chicken who really isn’t feeling well. You can tell … she is slow, off by herself (which is not normal for her) her hind feathers are puffed up and I am terrible at dealing with sick chickens.
Does anyone have advice for me?

Could you post a picture of her, and her poops?
When was she last wormed?
When did she last lay an egg?

In case its infectious, i'd seperate her from the rest of the flock. Is she eating? If not, see if she'll eat some scrambled eggs.

How old is she? Pictures may help. Is her crop emptying overnight? Have you seen any soft or thin-shelled eggs lately? Is her lower belly below her vent enlarged? What do her poops look like? Can you get her eating some cooked egg, watery chicken feed, and drinking water?

I have soaked her in warm water and epsom salts twice today. She ate some egg yoke and drank a little water. She has been given a calcium D3 tablet and a dose of fishbot (antibiotic). I have her in a dog crate wrapped in cardboard to keep it dark and shielded from the wind on our covered porch. She has electrolyte mixed water and a dish of laying crumbs with some poultry booster mixed in. I can not tell you when she last laid because I have 10 hens and 5 places where they lay eggs.

Here is a picture of her latest poop and her standing in the cage. She is definitely not her usual self.

This morning she was still alive and standing a bit taller, but no egg. I prepared another epsom salt soak and soaked her for 10 minutes while I massaged her abdomen. I gave her a TUMS during the soak and a little water to help with the dissolving process. After the soak, I blow dried her feathers (I must say, she cleans up real well and she is so pretty 🤩). I slicked her vent down with cocoanut oil and put her back in the cage with electrolyte water some laying crumbles, Poultry Booster and some scrambled egg. She went to town in the scrambled eggs and feed and is now grooming herself after her morning meal. Praying for good results.

I would not keep soaking her, but try to get her eating. Some soft scrambled egg, just a bit and some moistened chicken feed are good. If she seems to be having trouble passing an egg, I would just give the calcium once a day for a few days. If she is passing droppings, she is not egg bound. Has she laid eggs recently? Reproductive disorders can be common. With her droppings so dark green, she doesn’t seem to be eating much.

She ate scrambled egg this morning as well as some laying crumbs. She was much more attentive and vocal today when I soaked her. I did give her calcium this morning. I have not seen an egg yet. I will keep her in the cage throughout the day today, and then put her back in the coop with the flock tonight at bedtime so she can wake up with her friends.

I pray that she will be ok 🙏🏻

UPDATE:
The hen has been in a cage all day; sheltered from the sun and wind. I have given her scrambled egg twice today and she has freely eaten the egg both times. Tonight, I think I am going to put her back in the coop at dark and then see how she does tomorrow back with the flock. 🙏🏻
