I am guessing that after reading some other posts that newbies have to post discussions before you can create a member page.
So, could someone confirm this.
I have a new coop I want to share.
My wife calls it the "Chicken Palace".

Due to some spamming problems we've had we had to put some limitations in place for new members, which requires them to post on the forums a bit before the system will "trust" them enough to allow them free rein. Sorry about the inconvenience!

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

(3) What breeds do you have?

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

So after reading a little more I found the intro questions so I will post my answers to these questions.

(1) No not new, I have had chickens for about 5 years

(2) Right now, I have 24 laying hens and 18 chicks I just hatched a month ago.
