At a recent evening time bake sale I attended, a real big hit was what we call "pinwheels".
They are flour tortillas filled with different types of spreads (cream cheese, pinto spread, spinach dip spread, the list is endless) and then you roll them up tight and put in fridge for about 10-15 min so they kinda harden (they're still nice and soft, the spread inside works kinda like a glue), then you cut them into bite size slices and pierce with toothpick and viola! nice yummy snack.

Could cut one up per plate and maybe server with a tiny container of dipping sauce..Just an idea..that's the only other thing I could think of besides the breads and cakes etc.

Edited: because I can't spell!

The flavored popcorn idea is a really good one. My DH would pick up one to snack on on the way home.

I was thinking that sandwiches might go over well too.
