You would have to get permission from Ec, or start a different one that is not an exact copy of Credens.

The problem is, all my characters either ran away or died, there's nowhere to go with the story, and everyone has an emotional time bomb strapped on them.

If someone wants to start another RP akin to Credens but not exactly like it, then sure, be my guest.
