crest virus? Black spots!

One of my four hens (browns) has several black spots on her crest--they look like mold spots. What are they and how to treat? We are new to backyard chickens so need all health advice. Otherwise healthy and active. Please help! Cliff

We definitely have had lots of rain and mosquito conditions, but the other birds are fine...what is favus? Thanks for your response. Aloha Cliff
