Crested a s speckled Sussex roo's or hens

Looking for some opinions on my polish and Sussex if there roosters or hens

The Sussex is/are males.

There is one silver laced Polish, but I think it will take a bit more time.

There are two Houdans-- at least one of them is for certain a Houdan, because it has a fifth toe, and I suspect the one behind it is, too. I think these are females.

I agree about them being mottled birds being Houdans (specifically the one where toes are visible) and the Sussex being males. I however see the Polish as a cockerel as well as the front Houdan. I suspect the back one is a pullet but I need better pictures

What about the SS's toes says cockerel to you? Or did you mean the Houdan?

I noticed the houdans have a green hue to there feathers in the sunlight is the characteristics of a rooster in them

Not necessarily. Females can have the green sheen, too. Males tend to get it more brightly in the sickle feathers, which have not developed yet if one of the Houdans is a male.
