Sorry for the bad quality, he wouldn‘t stay stillHere’s my Appenzeller Spitzhauben rooster. About 1.5 years old. Scared of almost everything.

Sorry, no crossesWill a Silkie cross be helpful? I also have a Silkie roo, just have to find a picture.
Hatchery stock is welcome! I'd love to see your silkies and CCLs tooI've got a hatchery stock Pyncheon hen. She's got incorrect leg color and her Mille Fleur color is a bit washed out. She's got a nice crest (it's referred to as a tassel in this breed but my hen, Judy Blume, looks very crested). Please let me know if you can use a picture of her and I'll be happy to get a current picture. @Silviaschicks
Edited to add the other Crested breeds I have, just in case you'd like any pictures:
* CCL x Marans cross roosters
* Silkies (Blue pair and white pair)
* Silkie x Marans Cross Rooster (slight crest with floppy straight comb)
* Polish Cross Pair (V comb)
* Supposedly Spitzhen (No possible way she's pure. She's just a wierdo, like me
)
* CCL hens (large floppy combs)
Looking forward to reading your article.
