It's a cockerel. CCL aren't supposed to be sexed by head spots.

I'd listen to Moonshiner and Emma. They are pretty good at this.
I mean no offense to fuzzy, I'm sure you do a great job at sexing your chicks.

I will say it is a bit less obvious from Cream Legbars, Rhodebars, and Bielefelders I have previously raised, it does look like a cockerel to me too.
