crested duckling seizures

Okay I have a crested duck raising seven ducklings(hatched them) and the youngest is a crested as well and has had atleast one thirty minute seizure(at 2 days old) he is 3 days old today. I want to know what everyone thinks his quality of life could be. I am aware that I might have to put him down and I know how. I want to know what to look for to help me decide what to do. I am at a camp (in high school) so I'm not home but my parents are so I am going to get updates from them for the week.
