Crested Polish confusion

I have read and read about how crested polish can be hard to sex so young but my two five week old chicks look incredibly different from each other and I am wondering is that a way to tell? Can that still change? I have never kept this breed so was just looking for some feed back.
I assumed the brown one was a cockerel because the long tail feathers there is also some shiny greenish/black ones that are very small coming in on its tail and the mohhawk hair and it is the only one who runs at my small dog when they see it lol but they are also just worlds sweetest chicken since day one. Will jump up and snuggle and be pet for half hour and everyone says roosters are mean? So just a little confused

I need pictures of the crests alone, frontal view. But I think the white one is a boy and possibly both.

What is a houdan? They were both sold to me as polish crested

Almost all cockerels are sweet as can be as chicks. When their hormones kick in is when that usually changes.
