Crevecoeur Hen or Rooster

Looking for a little help figuring out the gender of this bird. This chicken is currently 11 weeks old. I'm told it's a Crevecoeur, but I can't figure the sex. No spurs, but I'm not sure when they start growing. Very small 2 prong comb, basically hidden by crest. I've read that a hen will often have her comb hidden by her crest, but maybe it's still growing. Now heres the kicker......

From time to time this thing lets out a little 3 syllable crow, a very weak "er,er, err", not the familiar longer "er, er, er, er, errr". First time I heard it I though I surely had a rooster, but then read a dominant hen will crow in the absence of a rooster. She is definitely the dominant one between her and my little black Japanese.

Maybe someone can confidently answer this question, or else I have to wait for a robust crow or the appearance of an egg!

Thanks for looking.

When will I see defined spurs?
When will a rooster master its crowing?
Eggs @ 20 weeks?

Do you think you could help me out?

I have a friend that has 3 -10 week old roosters white leghorn and wants me to take one. Though it looks smaller than my 8 week olds. I am new at this and I have 6 and 8 week old hens. I am just not sure how they would take to a male coming in. And I didn’t want to take it if my Crevecouers is a Rooster.
This is what I have all hens:
3 Brown sexlinks
3 Terra tints
6 Sussex
1 Crevecoeur
