Can anyone help with how to treat 1 chicken age 2 with Doxy & Tylosin? She has chronic respiratory disease and we just hit 103 outside. I actually bought a small ac for under the raised coop to help in afternoon heat. It helped last year. This year despite having a cool area she emerged wheezing and short of breath like without it. I give Vetrx with olive oil daily but read it can be treated( temporarily) with these 2 meds. I only want to treat her as none of the other 5 have problems. My question....Can I just dose with a syringe of med & h20 mix?

I would use the Tylosin alone. No need to use both since they both treat mycoplasma gallisepticum or MG. Save the doxy for future use. Tylosin has no egg withdrawal time while doxy does. Dosage of Tylosin is 1 tsp per gallon (4 quarts) of water for 5 days. Mix a new container every 2 days. Does she ever have bubbles or foam in either eye, or a swollen eyelid or face?

No. She has never had anything but sneezing & wheezing, shortness of breath. It's been 7 months now so definitely CRD. She is happy but lays every other day now. It's just hard seeing her struggling to breathe. So I just treat them all? They share 3 water containers. I don't want to isolate in this heat. When I give her vetrx and hold her after about 10min she breathes better and falls asleep on my lap. I'm just looking for longer than hours of relief. Sometimes I have to give the vetrx 2 or even 3x a day.

One more question. I have a nebulizer, albuterol, normal saline & budesomide also a neb container for her. Can I use that?

Sounds like allergies or a malfunction of the breathing system. since there's no other symptoms of real respiratory issues, I wouldn't give any antibiotics and stop the vetrx, since it just vicks for chickens.

I would only treat her. You don’t want to be giving antibiotics to the others, since it can lead to resistance. I would use caution using a bronchodilator for a chicken. Those cause increased heart rates and nervousness. Check with a vet about that. Saline is fine, and many use oxine in nebulizers for chickens. CRD is an old term and just means a chronic respiratory disease. Vet RX is used by many, but the ingredients are camphor and herbal oils from rosemary, oregano, and balsam/pine oil. Nothing there will cure a disease.
MG or mycoplasma is chronic, and so are coryza and ILT diseases. Usually CRD and and MG are interchangeable when one has not had testing. Zoologix and vetdna (RAL) are labs that will send you swabs to do private testing for multiple respiratory diseases if you are ever interested.
