Hello I am in need of help as soon as I can get it!

My favorite Rooster Zelda, (<--it's a long story) has a history of getting respiratory diseases in the past but recently despite giving him respiratory meds often his mouth still hangs open. I have checked the inside of his mouth and there are no abrasions or bumps so I am unsure on how to proceed, as well as just recently I noticed yellowing and puss coming out one of his ears I have never seen this in any chickens I have raised does anyone have any idea what it is, and how I can treat it?

Thank you guys so much, any feedback is helpful!

In chickens many of the respiratory diseases are chronic and lifelong. Those include MG, coryza, and ILT. Since the ears are close to the sinuses, they can get infections there as well. Does he have a bad odor? What antibiotic have you treated him with in the past to help? What is your location? Does he have any bubbles or gunk in his eye? You can clean his ears with a few drops of peroxide and QTips. Then apply some plain Neosporin/triple antibiotic ointment into the ear canal. An antibiotic may be helpful.
