HELP roosters sick

help my rooster is sick he has vent gleet and ive already given him a epsom salt bath and anti fungal cream and cleaned his whole coop what else should i do he seems sad and his comb has flopped and is making sad crowing sounds ive also put vinigar and garlic in his water

Can you get pictures?
Vinegar and garlic won't help and garlic can be toxic in large quantities.
How's his crop? His diet?

his crop is good i checked that too and his diet is grains like corn and seeds and vegetables and thankyou! for the information on garlic i removed it instantly

Does he have access to all-flock pellets, or anything similar? Or is he just fed grains and veg?

nope he is just fed grains and veggies but i will make a trip tmr to the store and get him a dewormer and probiotics i just have a question are pellets necessary since someone told me organic is better??? and if so what type should i get???
