Elizabethbinary; I live in Texas and our state has specific requirements when it comes to food for incarcerated persons. They have to be offered minimum requirements of calories per day. Do you know what the rules are for Australia? I'm just curious. Even though I am a District Clerk, I also hold a corrections officer (guard) license. If anyone else is interested in why jails are run in certain ways, just google Texas jail standards. You'll find specific laws that are quite interesting.
