Heres a couple pics of my triangle coop......if it helps for ideas on how to include food/water/ect...Its only 4x12 (total footprint), but I only have 2 hens.

The top "shelf" is the nesting box, and the area below it is the roosting area with 2 roosting bars

I have adjusted a few things since this picture, like adding "shudders" to keep the wood shavings dry for days when its raining constantly, or for winter snow/cold temps to keep as much wind as possible out. I have also added a water jug that hangs from the center post infront of the feeder to help maximize "run" area.
