Looks great Ed! Nice space, good ventilation, light, etc. My suggestion would be to make your fan more accessible. Chickens create a LOT of dust and you'll be needing easy access to that fan to keep it clean and running smoothly. How many do you have? I would also like to see pictures of your run. Very creative building it onto the side of the garage!
