No, but sometimes TSC will surprise you. Same with the hatcheries. I'd say you lucked out, especially with the health and personalities if your girls.

I definitely lucked out with my buff Brahma hen from McMurray hatchery.

Looks correct
Idealy all of her toes should be feathered, but it is common that not all are.
