This is my 2-3 (most likely 2) year old splash silkie hen. What are your thoughts on her based on the SOP?

She was cold and freaked out when I took the pictures so she looks a little odd.

Is her wing really slipped like it appears? I am not a Silkie person but I do know that is an area where they sometimes need work.

Sometimes she carries it like that other times she carries it normally. So, not sure. Also she's not right in the head so....

Sweet baby has tunnel vision. You might need to keep a good eye on her for predators from above and the sides. My Easter Egger only has puffy cheeks, and has trouble competing for treats from the other chickens because she cant see the food below the fuzzy cheeks. If our chickens go RP adventuring together, yours can be her eyes below and mine can be your silkies eyes above.

Most Silkies aren't.
Yeah. But they seem indestructible. Read My Coop if you don't know what I mean. I'm seeing the wing as a problem, but with her standing funny it is too hard to see things. Importantly, does she have five toes on each foot? Ours will have five on one and four on the other, really creepy, but not thinking about it works. She needs five per foot.
