LOL, yea I think I remember reading that, those were my first two, one is like 5 1/2 and the other is 6 1/2, number three turned out a perfect 6, Do any of you using varigated yarn find it more loose than single colored yarn? I am using Red Heart. Oh yeah, #4 is done.

Can't remember where I saw it now, blown away by that thread by Red Feathers on the main forum and am really Scrambled now, geez what trouble--- a scrambled hooker, holy cow!!! Seems someone asked about 1/2' too short...can't you tug it a bit? If not slip stitch or tightly single crochet around the outside and that should do it, don't discard, thats alot of work, probably can fix them easy.

Libby, that little orphan is precious!!!!!! It's lucky to have a hooker for a moma...you can use your squares to make that baby a little sweater!!!! It'll be so baaaaaaadddd all it's little friends will want to be a hooker's kid!!! Cute, cute cute!!!

Can some of ya'll that are able to get on the board in the daytime see how some of the quieter hookers are in this bunch?! Lots of folks on that list that we don't hear anything from and not sure if maybe they need some help and are shy about asking or maybe they are just crankin 'em out, but those of us that are so chatty.... shouldn't be too much effort to check on the ones we don't hear from...if you don't mind, please and thank you!!

Scrambled, congrats on your win!

EggCentric, cute you can keep all the orphans.

Greentree, glad to see you got a filly. I bet that was exciting, and your heart was a pumping.

I've gotten four more done. Cranked out two lastnight in like no time. I won't have any time today to check on them Scrambled but will sure try to later in the week.

If I don't make it back in a couple days Happy Easter everyone.

I have my pic out there somewhere already, but will try to post one another day.

I have been hooking all over town! Its amazing how much you can get done at appointments and resturants. LOL Hooking while your family is eating at a buffet can help with wt. loss also.

Once I was done I pulled out my stuff and hooked away while the family finnished up with desserts.

I have 21 done now.
Great pics everyone, and keep up the good work!!!

Now, for all those quieter members here, you have been warned.........if you don't start speaking up now, we have no choice but to hunt you down and bombard you with PM's!

Come forward, we promise not to bite you,

Sorry to be so quiet. I'll post a recent pic sometime soon. I'm going to get Mom to teach me over Easter weekend. Have tried some on my own and they are laughable. I think they'll become carpets for youngest DD's dollhouse! (She thinks they're pretty)

You know, it's a little daunting for us crochet-newbies to be barely started and hear about folks already able to send 37 in....

I am a total newbie to hookin, so I don't consider myself to be one of those fast working girls either, I'm more like the consistent hooker,

Don't be intimidated by the fast workers here, just go at your own pace!!!

And then there are those of us that have been hookin' for a long time and have slowed down in are older years! LOL!
But I do have mine done. But that just means I have a lot of time on my hands! LOL!

Your right. Everyone should go at their own pace. It's not a race.

Thanks, everyone!!

The filly is half Arabian, and half Schwartzwalder-Fuchs. They are a German draft pony. Almost extinct in the 1980's. An aquaintance of mine imported this stallion and a young mare. I knew when I saw him that this mare would be a good cross with him. This filly belongs to him, and I have her sister from last year. They are almost identical!! I am going to repeat the breeding again!

MIL gave me her yarn scrap bag yesterday, and I got 3 done!!! Our projects are going to be VERY colorful!!

That goat is SSooo precious!! I want to hug it!! (hookers are like that...)
