Crook neck leghorn chick

Is it broken? Or dislocated maybe? I wouldn't have a clue as to what to do in that case.

You know, I'm starting to wonder if it's just a deformity. What looks like the chicks neck fluff in the pictures, is actually where the bone in its neck is in the shape of a fish hook. The chick is doing really well.
