Crookd foot

Hello,
I'm on my second set of Chickens. Our newest set of 12 is almost 5 weeks old. I have 1 chick out of the whole bunch with it's 2 outter most toes crooked/bending towards its butt. It's my first time encountering this & wasnjust wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how best to fix it.
