As for plans, if (and that's a BIG if) I build another one of these I'll try and document the process. Typically though when I'm building something like this as a one off I'm not really sure how what direction I'm going to take with any of the dozens of issues that pop up. A whole lot of this was seat of the pants, and sitting in my chair by the fire with a beer.

From things you've said in other posts I think you are a woman. If you are, I just wanna say, you are my hero! I wish my building abilities were near as good as yours, and I definitely covet your work shop. You are very talented

Beer, huh? Maybe that's the ticket. My building projects are ALL crooked. Perhaps a little brew will make mine turn out straight..... Or maybe, I just master the concept of a plumb line.

very cool, my first built coop was crooked too. Then I started using set squares and spirit levels.
