Crooked leg

My chicks are going on 4 weeks old. All seemed normal until today when my wife noticed one having a crooked leg. She doesn't seem to be in pain. They are in a large plastic tub with sand and a window screen on top and a heat lamp. Could it be broke? She is walking around.

if you only just noticed it and she doesn't seem like she is in pain when you move the leg the i don't think it's broken
