crooked neck?

Just noticed this two week old chick standing around with a "crooked neck". Was off by herself, hiding behind the water dish.

Stiff or is there something I should know? Was normal until today,.

I would say this is wry neck. You should post this in the emergency/illness thread. I know its a vitamin deficiency and it needs to be treated ASAP or the chick will develop abnormally or even die but I don't know the exact treatment.

Someone with more experience will come along but my guess would be wry neck. I've read its caused by a vitamin E deficiency. Vitamin supplements are needed for her.

Anyone know if Tractor Supply might have some vitamin E?

I picked up a rooster booster vitamin/electrolyte powder there and they have save-a-chick vitamin packets.

Edit: I doubt they have something just with vitamin E.
