Crooked quail neck!!!

It's my first time hatching quails and when one quail came out it's neck was crooked, I know this isn't wry neck can anyone help me on any special care needed and any way to help fixing it without a bird vet since there aren't any local vets in my area?

Hello, I don't have experience with wry neck, why do you think it's not wry neck? Could you take a picture?

Perhaps it wouldn't hurt to supplement vitamins for wry neck ASAP just in case it helps at all?
